3. Products & Orders

All Sarah & Sandeep garments are handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to artisanal techniques and natural fabric characteristics.
Orders are confirmed only after 100% successful payment.
Sarah & Sandeep reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or product unavailability.
In such cases, customers will be informed and refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Sarah & Sandeep Gift Cards
For international customers, prices are displayed in INR and billed accordingly.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available only for select locations within India.
Please select COD only if you are certain of making payment at delivery.
Refusing a COD order upon delivery will be considered misuse of the service, and future orders may be restricted.
Open delivery is not permitted, as all shipments are insured.
Swipe machine/card payments are not available for COD orders.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

No returns or refunds are accepted.
Size exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To avoid exchanges, please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement.
Courier charges are refunded only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch.

7. International Orders

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Timelines: International delivery times may vary based on location and logistics.
Compliance: All orders comply with Indian and international trade regulations.
Restricted Countries: Currently, no countries are restricted.
