  3. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

If you are living in Mumbai, we recommend you come to the store for a custom fit garment. If you are residing outside Mumbai, you can book a video consultation or you can Whatsapp our bespoke consultants on ————- and schedule a video consultation.

After the design & fabric selection stage, accounting for the three fitting sessions imperative to our Bespoke process, it takes us 45-60 days to deliver a completely finished ensemble. If fabrics need to be imported from our suppliers abroad, additional 8 to 10 working days would be required for delivery.

A Sarah & Sandeep bespoke garment takes a minimum of 30 - 60 days to be crafted. Once it has been completed, it is shipped almost immediately. The shipping time depends on your location around the globe.

Sarah & Sandeep has introduced online consultation as a service for clients who live outside the city, where in, one of our bespoke specialists will help you with your needs via Skype. You can click on the Skype button on our website to get in touch with our specialist.

A prior appointment is required for our bespoke services, You can book an appointment on our contact us Page. Alternatively, you can do an online consultation with one of our bespoke specialists. Our timings are 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

We currently have one flagship studio in Mumbai.

No, we do not accept fabrics from outside.

We carry out repairs & alterations on Sarah & Sandeep garments only. If the garment is brought back for alteration after the delivery date, an additional charge will be levied for the same. At the time of purchase, if required, minor alteration can be carried out for our Ready-To-Wear garments. Depending on the nature of the modifications to be made, we will take an additional 7-15 days to deliver the altered garment.

We require a 100% upfront payment at the time of order for the ensemble.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or card.

Traditionally, Bespoke clothing is cut from a pattern drafted and designed from scratch specifically for the customer. This service differs significantly from the made to measure process wherein standard sized garments are merely altered to suit client specifications.

It is advisable to dry clean your wool suits twice a year, so as to not strip the fabric of its oils and lustre.
Shirts and trousers should be steamed pressed.
Strictly refrain from machine washing worsted wool garments.

The duration of the consultation can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon how long it takes to choose a fabric & design from our selection.
