A Sarah & Sandeep garment takes a minimum of 25 days to be crafted. Once it has been completed, it is shipped almost immediately. The shipping time depends on your location around the globe.

An order can be placed with a registered account or you could choose to checkout as guest. We recommend registering so the styles can be curated as per your sensibilities.

1. Select a collection or style you wish to explore and browse to find the right product for you.

2. When the right product has presented itself to you, click to go to the product page. Select a size after referring to the sizing chart and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once the product has been added to cart, you can then click on the ‘View Cart’ button and proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in INR for a competitive exchange rate.

Traditionally, Bespoke clothing is cut from a pattern drafted and designed from scratch specifically for the customer. This service differs significantly from the made to measure process wherein standard sized garments are merely altered to suit client specifications.

Sarah & Sandeep has introduced online consultation as a service for clients who live outside the city, where in, one of our bespoke specialists will help you with your needs via Skype. You can click on the Skype button on our website to get in touch with our specialist.

A prior appointment is required for our bespoke services, You can book an appointment on our contact us Page. Alternatively, you can do an online consultation with one of our bespoke specialists. Our timings are 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Yes, we do offer our Bespoke design and tailoring services for fabrics purchased from elsewhere.

Yes, reference images are more than welcome as it helps us understand your requirements.

We carry out repairs & alterations on Sarah & Sandeep garments only. If the garment is brought back for alteration after the delivery date, an additional charge will be levied for the same. At the time of purchase, if required, minor alteration can be carried out for our Ready-To-Wear garments. Depending on the nature of the modifications to be made, we will take an additional 2-7 days to deliver the altered garment.

We require a 50% advance at the time of order for the ensemble, with the balance due on the final delivery of the garments.
Payment can be made by cashchequebank transfer or card.

It is advisable to dry clean your wool suits twice a year, so as to not strip the fabric of its oils and lustre.
Shirts and trousers should be steamed pressed.
Strictly refrain from machine washing worsted wool garments.

The duration of the consultation can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon how long it takes to choose a fabric & design from our selection.

After the design & fabric selection stage, accounting for the three fitting sessions imperative to our Bespoke process, it takes us 30-40 days to deliver a completely finished suit. If fabrics need to be imported from our suppliers abroad, additional 8 to 10 working days would be required for delivery.

 

For Couture garments, the timeline is subject to change depending on the intricacy of the garment.

This is because each garment at Sarah & Sandeep is hand crafted by our expert craftsmen, and intricately embroidered garments require more time to attain the level of perfection Sarah & Sandeep is known for.
